The Pace Edwards Matte Black Bedlocker features one of the most convenient features in tonneau cover design: remote operation. The cover opens and closes using an electric motor, which is operated via key fob. To provide excellent security and resistance to the elements, the cover is made of double wall aluminum slats. These slats are finished with matte black powder coat, which matches many OEM bed accessories such as bed rail caps and tailgate caps.
The Matte Black Bedlocker is engineered to be versatile and easy to use. An electromagnetic brake allows the cover to be locked in place at any position between open and shut, so you can have partial bed access when needed. When the cover is shut and your tailgate is locked, you can rest assured that the gear in your bed is safe and secure.
To make installation easy, bolt-on clamps are used to secure the tonneau cover in place: you won't have to drill into your bed. The electric motor wires directly into your battery and requires no difficult cutting or splicing. Should your battery lose power, the cover can be operated manually via a drive system lever.
