This high volume flow-thru lubrication or applicator brush is made with 0.008" black level polypropylene and an aluminum body with 1/8" (NPT) tapered male pipe thread. Aluminum body length is 1", diameter is 1" and the orifice, Size is 0.125". This high-quality brush can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. The polypropylene trim length is 1-5/16" and set with a Chemical-resistant glue. 0.008" black level polypropylene is ideal for use with water, alcohols and acids. (Maximum use temperature 200ºF).
