This high volume flow-thru lubrication or applicator brush is made with 0.010" black level Nylon and an aluminum body with 1/8" (NPT) tapered male pipe thread. Aluminum body length is 1", diameter is 1" and the orifice, Size is 0.125". This high-quality brush can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. The Nylon trim length is 1-5/16" and set with a Chemical-resistant glue. 0.010" black level Nylon is ideal for use with adhesives, petroleum distillates and solvents.(Maximum use temp 250ºF).
