Since the wire-wound sensors on this PRT are smaller, heat transfers to the sensors quickly, so you can achieve fast response times when making measurements. The thermometer is also ideal for short immersion over a wide temperature range and features INFO-CON connections with a 0.13in sheath for 1523 and 1524 models.
