Low Temp Indium Solder Wire .031" (10ft). This pure indium solder wire bonds well to glass, ceramic, and quartz. It can be used for low-temperature soldering and for hermetic sealing.
ChipQuik SMDIN100 (In100) products are suitable for cryogenic sealing applications. The pure indium in these products will remain malleable at cryogenic temperatures, -150C to -273C (-238F to -460F), so that the seal it creates will not be compromised.

Please Note: Pure Indium (In100) is very soft. It is normal for the 10ft spooled In100 wire to have some breaks in it.
