The CE250A PS/2 VGA CAT 5e KVM Extender from Aten enables you to access your keyboard, mouse, and monitor through a local or remote console up to 492' away using CAT 5e cable. This extender set's dual console operation suits it to any type of installation where environmental influences may dictate remote operation.
Supporting up to 1280 x 1024 video, the CE250A senses the distance to your computer and automatically adjusts the gain to compensate. Features include push-button console selection, 15-pin VGA connectors, built-in 8KV ESD protection, and 2KV surge protection. It also features a custom ASIC for added reliability and compatibility.
