Alderon AP201-2-2 AP200 Single Phase Simplex 15 Amps

Alderon, AP201-2-2, AP201 Single Phase Simplex, 230VAC Hardwire, 15 Amp, 2.0" PVC Hub, No Additional Enclosure Option, (1) 20' Alarm Float, Stainless Steel Pipe Clamp, (1) 20' Wide Angle Pump Switch, Bare Leads, Stainless Steel Pipe Clamp

The AP200 Single Phase Simplex control panel is used to operate a pump for demand dose sewage applications. Comes in 230VAC, 15 Amp, and a Type 3R (outdoor) enclosure. The control panel include either a pre-installed pump bare terminals (hardwire) for pump connection types, hand-off-auto (HOA) switch, control relay, fused control/alarm circuits, and 2.0" PVC hub. Pump switches will match the base model voltage and pump connection type. The incoming and pump power must match system voltage with conduit connections (required) per local codes. Refer to included electrical schematic for complete wiring and voltage information.

The control panel is operated by a either a piggyback plug or bare lead pump switch and a high liquid level alarm switch which provides alarm notification. Pump receptacle models, the male end of the piggyback plug on the pump switch is plugged into the pre-installed pump connection receptacle inside the control panel, then plug the male end of the pump power cable into the female end of the piggyback plug on the pump switch power cable. Bare lead/hardwire models, the pump switch and pump are wired into terminals inside the control panel.

As the liquid level rises activating the pump switch, the pump will start and continue to run until the pump switch is deactivated to complete the pump cycle. If the high level alarm switch is activated, the beacon will illuminate and buzzer will annunciate. If the alarm test/silence switch is toggled to "silence" during an alarm condition, it will silence the buzzer while the alarm beacon remains illuminated. The alarm condition will reset when the high level alarm switch deactivates and the system will auto reset for the next alarm cycle. Test alarm once a month to ensure system integrity, toggle the alarm test/silence switch to "test", the beacon should illuminate and buzzer should annunciate.
