Ordering

Welcome to Prime Buy! We have tried to make this site convenient, secure and easy to use. Our goal is to ensure that all our customers can search and order products at the best prices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All ordering, price, stock status, and shipping quotes are provided on the website. If you experienced problems while placing an order, or if you have additional questions please read the Help section or Contact Us.

You don't need to create an account first. The account will be created when you place your first order with us. Here are the basic steps you need to follow in order to place an order.

Search for the Products

To find the products you want to buy you can browse or search for the items. The search is located on nearly every page of our store. You may browse lists and product-specific searches in the navigation bar. To obtain the detailed description of an item click on the title, name or picture of the item when you find it. If you don't find what you're looking for at this site, please Contact Us and specify what you were looking for. As soon as this product becomes available in our online store, we will notify you immediately via email.

Check Return Conditions

Being an authorized distributor of multiple brands, we depend on the manufacturers’ return policy. The manufacturers may have varying return policies for their respective brands. Additionally, certain items within a brand might be categorized as non-returnable, while others could have specific return periods and conditions.

To avoid any issues in case of ordering the wrong product, please carefully review the product listing page to determine if the item is eligible for return. For returnable items, you will find the specified return period mentioned below the product description.

Add Products to Cart

If you want to order a product from our website, please take the following steps:

click "Add To Cart" on the product page;
keep shopping so you have all you need in your Shopping Cart;
click the shopping cart image at the top of the page to access the contents of your Shopping Cart.

Request a Quote

If you would like to get a quote before placing your order or the product is not available for immediate purchase for any reason, please take the following steps:

go to the product page;
click on the "Add To Quote" button;
add items to your quote list;
provide your Shipping Address;
click on the "Submit Quote Request" button.

We will email you the quote as soon as possible. Payment details and further instructions will be provided with the quote. You can check the status of your request and review your request history on Inquiries History tab of your account. If you have any questions please Contact Us.

Choose a Shipping Method

Choose a shipping method considering how quickly you would like to receive your order. You may take advantage of Free Ground Shipping offered on many products.

Your Estimated Shipping Cost and Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated automatically once you enter your ZIP code. These charges are displayed on the order summary page before you submit your order. Please refer to our Shipping section for further details.

Review Items in Shopping Cart

Review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the Remove button under the product name. The item will be removed from your current Shopping Cart.

Proceed to Checkout

When you're ready to complete your order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click one of the checkout buttons depending on the payment option you prefer. If you wish to place an order to ship overseas or make an overseas payment, you need to follow the instructions in the International Sales section.

New Customer

If you are a new customer you can either Create Account to be able to log in at our web site and track your order status or continue as Guest without creating one.

Return Customer

If you already have an account at Prime Buy please log in to proceed to Checkout.

Checkout

Depending on the payment option selected, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal, or Apple Pay account, provide your shipping and billing information for Credit Card payment, or complete the form to request Purchase Order.

Important: If your billing and shipping addresses are different, Prime Buy will verify your shipping address. See our Order Verification policy for details.

Review and Submit Your Order

Be sure to review your order and make adjustments if necessary. When you are ready, click the Submit Order button to submit your order.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message with your Sales Order Number within minutes of placing your order. This email is your sales receipt. If it does not occur, please check your spam or filtered mail folders or Contact Us for assistance. We will send you another email message at the time of shipment. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please Contact Us for details.

Check Your Order Status

We will keep you updated on your order status via email.The Tracking Number is emailed to you once the item is shipped. You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and opening Order Status / History section.

Availability and Lead Time

Availability and lead time may vary from item to item. Orders will ship within 1 to 5 business days depending on the availability of stock.

If the item is out of stock, we will inform you about it and give you an approximate date in which our shipment is expected to arrive. In case the merchandise is delayed we will give you the choice to cancel your order and issue a credit for the full amount.

If we are unable to deliver orders within the expected time frames, we will notify you. Pay attention that Prime Buy reserves the right to cancel orders that have an extended lead time. In this case, alternatives will be offered.

If the order contains more that one product, we will cancel the products with extended lead-time and will ship the rest. We will charge your credit card less the cost of the canceled product, or void the transaction if the entire lead time is not acceptable.
