Using the SuperCaps technology actuators can store the necessary energy to drive and open the valve in a safe position during an electrical power supply interruption. A fail-safe open position in valves is crucial to prevent serious damage in critical applications such as coils freezing or steam exchangers overpressure. By default, they are all provided with a 2-10 Vdc feedback, two auxiliary switches, and a 1m cable length.
