This motorized test stand can be coupled and operated in a wide range of variants with force gauges, the PCE series. The motorized test stand allows you to realize almost all your compression and tensile force applications and to perform them with repeatable accuracy. The use of the motorized test stand offers the operator the most precise equality of test stand and specimen. The maximum force range of the motorized test stand is 500 kg. The use of the motorized test stand requires a power connection. The feed rate is variably adjustable between 30 mm/min and 230 mm/min. The motorized test stand ensures precise and accurate measurements. The force-displacement measuring stand is compatible with the following device series: PCE-FB series, PCE-FM series, PCE-LFG series, and the PCE-PTR 200.
Attention: A force gauge must always be ordered for the motorized test stand!
The motorized test stand comes into play wherever the human body reaches its limits in terms of force measurement. The user of the motorized test stand is obliged to carry out a hazard analysis. If this analysis shows that the type of application and the samples pose a risk to the user, a safety device may be required, especially for test frames operated by electric motors.
Note: the mounting plate ADP-UNI accessory must be ordered for internal load cell force gauges.
