The ALTA Wireless Advanced Vibration Meter uses an accelerometer to measure a suite of tri-axis vibration data in addition to sensor duty cycle (a percentage of activity) and temperature. It reports this data on a user-configurable time interval or Heartbeat. In addition, the sensor can report the current, max, or average data.
