The ALTA IoT Gateways and ALTA XL IoT Gateways combine a 4G LTE CAT-M1/NB2 cellular engine and Ethernet platform (commercial only) with Monnit's wireless access point network to aggregate and communicate data from Monnit ALTA Wireless Sensors. The ALTA XL IoT Gateway also has a powerful wireless transceiver with up to 1 Watt transmission strength, an amplified receiver, and 4G LTE CAT-M1/NB2 cellular technology to backhaul ALTA Wireless Sensor data. The ALTA and ALTA XL IoT gateways allow ALTA Wireless IoT Sensors to operate on the world's leading cellular networks and stay connected to the Internet.
