IO HVAC Controls VD-RR-10 10" By-Pass Relief Ring for 12" Diffuser

Features:

• The VD-RR inlet bypass relief adapter ring is designed to limit diffuser noises by maintaining the inlet static pressure.
• With the diffuser open at the zero bypass point, the geometry is such that the rated amount of air flows into the room, and no air is bypassed.
• As the diffuser closes, less air enters the room, and more air is bypassed.
• With the diffuser fully closed, all air is bypassed into the ceiling plenum.
• The VD-RR should be used with non-ducted, above-ceiling, open returns.
• To install, slide ring over diffuser neck, and screw down mounting arms into the collar.
