This applicator brush has 0.011" PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) bristle and a lightweight, Chemical resistant, non-magnetic, stainless steel handle.All components of this brush are FDA and RoHS compliant. Manufactured using strong mechanical clamping for maximum fill retention, and is adhesive-free to prevent contamination on surface areas that could be caused by leaching. This high quality brush has a 3/4" trim, handle length 6" x 3/8" diameter and a brush face width of 3/4".PTFE has numerous applications and is a flexible, non-stick material that is water, Chemical, electrical and thermal resistant. This brush has a maximum continuous use temperature of 400°F.
