The Fixed Top Mount has a thru-body mounting bracket. The non-telescopic fixture incorporates a 2-piece watertight locking collar designed for a full 360 degrees of rotation of the lamphead. A locking swivel joint provides 180 degrees of vertical tilt. This allows the light to be manually tilted up/down and locked in position by the operator.
