Latch by thumb piece from outside except when projected deadbolt. Latch deadlocked by auxiliary latch or deadbolt. Deadbolt/latch by key from outside. Deadbolt by T piece from inside. Inside lever retracts latch/deadbolt simultaneously unlocking outside T piece.
