The KVM over IP Console Station with VGA Output from ATEN is a standalone console that enables users to remotely access, monitor, and control all servers connected to multiple ATEN KVM-over-IP switches while protecting against virus threats. It supports various data encryption methods, ensuring a high level of data protection. The KVM over IP Console Station can be deployed anywhere instant access and stringent security are required, and is well suited for use in studios, offices, data centers, broadcast stations, control rooms, and network operations centers (NOC).
The KA8270 supports a USB mouse and keyboard, and has two additional USB ports for the Virtual Media function. For video, it provides one VGA output supporting resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz. In addition, the KVM over IP Console Station provides Panel Array Mode, enabling administrators to monitor the video output of up to 64 servers simultaneously. This feature makes it possible to preview the content of all ports at the same time, which is especially useful in manufacturing and surveillance environments.
With its space-saving 0 RU rackmount design, the KVM over IP Console Station can be mounted at the rear of a rack. Alternatively, it can be set on a desk or mounted on a wall. A GUI with multi-language interface makes for easy and flexible device management, user profile customization, and configuration for large deployments.
