The Altelix WiFi Extender Enclosure is a vented weatherproof enclosure designed to provide added security from vandalism and protection from harsh environments while allowing ventilation for the Ubiquiti® UAP-BeaconHD access point and Ubiquiti® U6 Extender. It features two 3-inch air vents with rain shields and screens.
Rugged Polycarbonate + ABS Construction
This sleek enclosure is molded out of UV-resistant Polycarbonate + ABS, an industrial-grade plastic with greater strength and durability than standard ABS. It features a gasketed hinged door with dual latches, a stainless steel security screw and provision for a padlock. Integrated mounting feet simplify installation. It meets or exceeds NEMA 3R, 3RX and IP24.
Plug and Play Setup
The Altelix WiFi Extender enclosure provides easy plug-and-play installation. Once the enclosure is mounted, plug the Ubiquiti® access point or WiFi extender into the pre-wired 120VAC power outlet. Then plug the enclosure's 5-foot power cord into a 120VAC power outlet and you are up and running. A cable grommet on the enclosure allows cables to be connected to the device if needed.
RF Transparent Design
The non-metallic design of the enclosure and equipment mounting plate is RF transparent and will not interfere with the WiFi signal range or coverage pattern of the Ubiquiti® UAP-BeaconHD access point and Ubiquiti® U6 Extender.
Complete with Cable Grommets and Glands and Wire Management Straps
For convenience, the included accessory kit contains cable grommets and glands, wall anchors, zip ties, hook-and-loop wire management straps, door door-locking key, and more.

The enclosure can be wall-mounted using the included wall anchors.
