This Advanced Systems & Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard interface connects the Ametek Accuforce AF3 Series Digital Force Gauge to a computer. Connects the Accuforce AF3 Series Digital Force Gauge to SmartCable™ Keyboard interface using a high quality 12-pin connector-no additional cables required. The output of the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard is a standard USB 2.0 keyboard signal.
Connecting the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard with its built-in keyboard wedge to a computer will allow the Ametek Accuforce AF3 Series Digital Force Gauge to be identified as a keyboard device that can send data to any Microsoft Windows application - no software wedge required.
The Advanced Systems and Designs SmartCable™ Keyboard interface cable will make the Accuforce Digital Force Gauge readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard - eliminates data collection errors. If you want to collect data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Explorer based SPC programs, simply select the cell where you want the data to appear.
