This heavy-duty range features (2) 18" polished, cast iron french tops, each one boasting a powerful 25,000 BTU 2-ring burner. With individual pilots and controls for each burner and burner ring, you can set this gas range to your exact specifications. The french tops provide consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and their flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding.
Made of durable stainless steel, this two-in-one range and cabinet unit saves space in smaller kitchens without sacrificing performance. A spacious storage base allows you to keep everything from turners, ladles, and mixing spoons easily accessible and close at hand. Plus, the pull-out condiment rail fits 1/9 size pans for added convenience and storage possibilities.
