The modular design of this range top allows you to combine it with other equipment and bases from the Vulcan V series line of equipment to create the perfect cooking line for your kitchen. And since this range allows you to simmer and saute on the two burners while searing other foods on the griddle top, it can save valuable space in your kitchen.
This model has two 33,000 BTU range top burners with heavy-duty cast iron grates that can support your largest stock pots. In the front this model has an 11" x 11" burner grate and in the rear it has a larger 14" x 11" grate to accommodate larger pans. The open top burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning and maintenance, too.
The 24" right side griddle has two 30,000 BTU burners, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs. For the chef who is looking for precise temperature control, the thermostatic controls allow you to adjust the temperature according to the needs of specific foods. Also, this griddle's 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate heats evenly and will stand up to years of heavy use in your busy kitchen.

The front gas manifold and capped, rear gas connection provide hassle-free, convenient gas connections that allow units to be placed side by side.
