This heavy-duty range features a polished, cast iron french top with a powerful 25,000 BTU 2-ring burner. The french top provides consistent, even heat for stock pot cooking, and its flat, seamless design makes it easy to slide heavy stock pots from the cooking area to holding. With individual pilots and controls for each ring of the burner, you can set this gas range to your exact specifications.
Made of durable stainless steel, this two-in-one range and cabinet unit saves space in smaller kitchens without sacrificing performance. A spacious storage base allows you to keep everything from turners, ladles, and mixing spoons easily accessible and close at hand.
