A great way to produce consistently high-quality food while getting the most out of your operation's valuable floor space, this single versatile machine is equipped to handle a variety of tasks. Since this unit features a charbroiler top with a Standart Oven base, you can grill proteins and vegetables on top while eliminating wasted space by storing supplies in the Standart Oven base.
This unit's 36" wide charbroiler top makes quick work of your most popular meats, fish, and vegetables. Six 16,000 BTU burners feature supercharger dividers that equally distribute the surface heat to eliminate cold spots and inconsistent results.
For your medium-volume baking and warming needs, this range has a standard bakery depth oven that delivers 35,000 BTU for maximum efficiency, while allowing you to insert sheet pans in either direction for impressive flexibility. Two oven racks with four rack positions allow you to customize the cavity to best suit your requirements. With separate controls located in a cool zone, the oven may be used by itself or in conjunction with the range top. The oven's bottom and door panel are porcelainized for easy clean up.
The Standart Oven base includes 2 heavy-duty drawers that can accommodate 12" x 20" x 6" pans. Since the drawers have a self-closing and stay-open feature, they make loading and unloading easy. The drawers remain at 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit even when frequently opened and closed in a warm kitchen environment. The refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant and runs an off-cycle defrost.
A fully welded frame combines with stainless steel front, sides, and backriser to ensure long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen. 6" stainless steel adjustable legs come standard. A liquid propane connection and 115V electrical connection are required for operation.
