A great way to produce consistently high-quality food while getting the most out of your operation's valuable floor space, this single versatile machine is equipped to handle a variety of tasks. Since this unit features 2 open top burners with a refrigerated base, you can fry and simmer on top while eliminating wasted space by storing proteins at arm's length below.
Each of the 2 burners delivers 30,000 BTU of heating power, and thanks to the lift-off heads, cleaning and maintenance is a simple process. Plus, the 12" x 14 1/2" rear and 12" x 12 1/2" front lift-off cast iron grates allow easy access to the burners while supporting your largest stock pots and frying pans. For quick ignition, a shrouded flash tube pilot system for every two burners is standard. And, extra deep crumb trays further expedites the cleaning process, as they can be removed and emptied when they get full.
On the right side of the unit, a 24" wide charbroiler makes quick work of your most popular meats, fish, and vegetables. Four 16,000 BTU burners feature supercharger dividers that equally distribute the surface heat to eliminate cold spots and inconsistent results.
The refrigerated base includes 2 heavy duty drawers that can accommodate 12" x 20" x 6" pans. Since the drawers have a self-closing and stay-open feature, they make loading and unloading easy. The drawers remain at 34-38 degrees Fahrenheit even when frequently opened and closed in a warm kitchen environment. The refrigeration system uses R-404A refrigerant and runs an off-cycle defrost.
A fully welded frame combines with stainless steel front, sides, and backriser to ensure long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen. 6" stainless steel adjustable legs come standard. A natural gas connection and 115V electrical connection are required for operation.
