The VE-5x5-PNL-YL surface mount box adds vandal and weather resistance, as well as versatility to many Viking products. The VE-5x5-PNL-YL surface mount box is made with yellow fine texture powder painted steel. The weather-resistant box is designed to be surface mounted to a wall, post, single or double gang box, or any Viking gooseneck pedestal.
The VE-5x5-PNL-YL is a VE-5x5-YL backbox with a blank aluminum panel. The user can customize the clear-coated aluminum panel to mount a PRX-1 card reader, PRX-2 keypad, or any other components such as a switch. The kit comes complete with box, gasket, panel, and screws.
