The Wind Direction Meter was developed to measure the wind direction in the industrial environment. This Wind Direction Meter can be connected to data loggers, process control systems, and displays. The Wind Direction Meter has no dead center in the north and measures the wind direction from 0 - 360 °. In order to connect the Wind Direction Meter to an evaluation, a 65ft, 20 m cable is installed on the wind direction sensor. The Wind Direction Meter can be used for irrigation control, automation in greenhouses, on solar trackers, cable cars in ski areas, cranes, wind turbines, weather stations, and wherever the wind or wind direction must be observed precisely.
