Bright, Fixed Aperture
The 150-400mm IS PRO provides a bright F4.5 aperture across the entire zoom range up to 800mm. Using the built-in 1.25x teleconverter boosts your focal reach to 1000mm with an F5.6 aperture. The lens uses leading-edge optical technologies to significantly reduce color fringing and flares and ensure edge-to-edge sharpness. There are 28 glass elements arranged in 18 groups, including a large-diameter EDA lens and 4 Super ED lenses.
