Mitutoyo, 197-101, Micrometer Head with Non-Rotating Ratchet Stop

Features:

  • Flat spindle faces are constructed of carbide and have lapped surfaces for more accurate measurements over time
  • The scale surface uses white anodized aluminum that resists corrosion

The larger diameter on the Mitutoyo fast-feeding micrometer head with 1mm feed per revolution allows for quick, highly accurate work stage adjustments. The floating thimble is easy to zero set at any spindle location, and its large size makes for easy reading and use. The spindle is constructed of hardened steel and has a flat, carbide measuring face which is lapped for lasting precision.
