KanexPro EXT-HDBTKVM3 4K 60 HDBaseT Extender with USB PoH

The KanexPro EXT-HDBTKVM3 is a US Decora style double-gang, 2x1 HDMI wall plate transmitter and receiver set designed to switch two HDMI inputs with one USB 2.0 input to a remote display or a projector up to 131ft.(40m) at 4K/60 and 330ft.(100m) at 1080p/60 video and audio over single cat5e/6/7 cable. The outputs are via HDBaseT port.
