Hall Research, UHBX-SC-WP, HDMI+RS232+IR+PoH UTP ( Dual Gang Wall Plate Sender)
The UHBX-SC-WP is an HDMI on Cat6 (HDBaseT) double gang wall plate Transmitter. The package includes the following:
- UHBX-S-WP Decora metal insert
- UHCOM-WP Decora metal insert
- Standard white plastic Decora face-plate
- Mud-ring for dry wall installation
The UHBX-SC-WP sender module is comprised of the UHBX-S-WP HDMI wall plate transmitter joined to the UHCOM-WP RS232 +IR add-on wall plate. When paired with a compatible receiver ( Hall Research model UHBX-R-PSE ), it can extend HDMI, bi-directional IR, full-duplex RS232, and PoH (power Over HDBaseT) Over distances of up to 150 meters (500 feet) using a single Cat6 cable.
Features with all optional accessories:
- Extends HDMI or DVI video to 500 ft on just one Cat6
- RS232 and IR extension in both directions with optional add-on
- Supports all HDMI or DVI resolutions including 4K (UHD)
- Wall plate does not need power connection (powered via UTP)
- Power-Over-HDBaseT (PoH) meets IEEE 802.3af standard
- Sturdy and compact metal construction
- Fully compatible with HDBaseT standard
- Includes Mud-Ring for easy installation (no electrical box needed)
- RS232 supports baud rates to 115K
