0.006" PEEK bristle applicator brush with a lightweight, Chemical resistant, non-magnetic, stainless steel handle.The PEEK bristle material and stainless steel handle are FDA compliant. Manufactured using strong mechanical clamping for maximum fiber retention, and is adhesive-free to prevent contamination on surface areas that could be caused by leaching. This high quality brush has a trim of 3/8", handle dimensions of 4-3/4" length x 5/16" diameter, brush width of 1/2".
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance engineering plastic with outstanding resistance to harsh Chemicals and heat along with excellent mechanical strength and stability. PEEK is a high temperature, Chemical resistant alternative to Nylon. A little stiffer than Nylon of the same diameter and stays stiff when wet. PEEK bristle has a continuous use temperature of up to 480°F (250°C).
