The fingerprint reader can work with GV-AS / GV-EV Controller and GV-ASManager to create a complete access control system. Three types of operation modes are supported: Card + Fingerprint, Fingerprint Only and Card Only.

Features:

• Work with GV-AS / GV-EV Controller and GV-ASManager
• Can be a standalone fingerprint reader
• Three types of access modes: card only, fingerprint only and card plus fingerprint
• Connect with GV-AS Controller through TCP/IP interface (WAN)
• Enroll fingerprints through TCP/IP connection with GV-ASManager (Fingerprint Only Mode)
• Support for GV-Proximity Cards with GID (Geovision Identifier) to enhance security

Note:

• For data synchronization with GV-ASController and GV-ASManager through the Ethernet, it only supports the following controller firmware version and software version:

1. GV-ASManager: V4.0 or later
2. GV-AS210 / 410 / 810: V1.1 or later
3. GV-AS2110 / 4110 / 8110: V1.23 or later

• GV-GF1921 / 1922 do not support third-party controllers.
