The risk of over or underpressurized equipment ranges from blown seals and bearing failure to destroying an air motor. Lengthen thelife of tools by providing the opimal operating PSI with every use.
The ESCO Air Pressure Reducer, for Air/Hydraulic Pumps, is designed to regulate the air pressure that is received by the hydraulic pump, which is then used to power all ESCO Hydraulic Tools.
Maintaining air pressure when using Hydraulic Equipment will increase the Proper Functioning of Hydraulic Equipment, Protect Air/Hydraulic Pumps from Over-Flow of Air, & Keep ESCO Hydraulic Products in their PRIME.
Air Reducers solve the common issue of regulating over-pressurized pneumatic tools as most air tools typically operate at 90 PSI while most air-hydraulic tools safely run at 110 PSI. The risk of over or underpressurized equipment ranges from blown seals and bearing failure to destroying an air motor. The most cost-efficient air-powered equipment maintenance precaution is air regulation. The aluminum housing with rust and anticorrosive parts is also equipped with an internal filter that prevents debris and other particulates from contaminating and clogging the inner mechanism of an air motor.
Repairing or replacing an air-powered or air-hydraulic tool is costly, not to mention the additional unanticipated expenses of equipment downtime. With +/- 10% accuracy, the Air Reducers provide a steady flow of regulated air to provide accurate operating pressure with every use. Air Reducers are a low-cost, maintenance accessory for any fleet or shop technician who frequently uses air-powered tools. Applying Air Reducers on air tools promotes safety and lowers the potential risk of common equipment malfunction.
