The High Definition 12.9" Fully Flexible Podium Mic is for capturing audio. It is used in various environments in audio applications such as for conference rooms, boardrooms, lecture halls, meeting rooms, educational facilities, theater, churches, in houses of congress and more. It features a hypercardioid polar pattern and a 50 Hz to 40 kHz high frequency response that offers more detail with greater clarity and speech intelligibility.
The fully flexible is built with an XLR connector and is powered by 48V phantom power. It features smooth off-axis response and provides more gain before feedback. With 145dB SPL max acoustic input it is difficult to overload the microphone. There is also no microphone handling noise in addition to good RFI rejection.
