The MK442T speakers offer amazing sound quality in an unbelievable form factor. The dual 4" woofers are easily able to play down to 40 Hz and still represent the vocal range accurately. Thanks in part to the efficient quarter wave transmission line enclosure, the MK442T digs deep and still achieves a small footprint. The 3/4" tweeter is capable of producing effortless high frequencies with a wide dispersion. These two drivers, paired with a painstakingly designed crossover system, create a soundstage that is sure to impress.
The MK402X speakers offer incredible sound quality in an almost unbelievable size. The drivers used in this design play a large role in this small speaker. The 4" woofer is easily able to play to 60 Hz and still play into the vocal range impressively. The 3/4" tweeter is capable of producing effortless high frequencies with a wide dispersion. These two drivers, paired with simple yet effective crossover, create a soundstage that is sure to awe even the harshest of critics.
The impressive sound quality offered by the Dayton Audio MK442 center channel speaker is awe-inspiring. The MK442 is designed to complement the Dayton Audio MK402X bookshelf speakers in a multichannel home theater system. It is able to reproduce frequencies as low as 60 Hz, and offers a natural sound with excellent sonic detail. The 3/4" soft dome tweeter paired with two 4" treated-paper cone woofers is a pairing made in audio heaven.
The Dayton Audio MKSX4 low profile passive subwoofer utilizes four high excursion drivers arranged in a manifold pattern. The driver layout helps save space and makes the enclosure very inert to unwanted vibrations. The MKSX4 boasts an extended 40-500 Hz frequency response and a solid 160 watts RMS power rating. A sensitivity rating of 88 dB and impedance of 4 ohms makes this subwoofer easy to power with pretty much any amplifier.
