The DCMA-4000 is a feature-filled wireless motion detector/receiver kit with up to a 1 mile radio range. The passive infrared sensor operates on one 9-volt battery (not included). It will detect a person or vehicle from over 50 feet away and send a signal back to the receiver within 1 mile.
The RE-4k Plus receiver will play one of 16 different tunes so that different zones can be distinguished. It also features two form C relays and a 12v output. The receiver is powered by a 12VDC transformer.
Note: actual range will vary depending on the environment. This transmitter is only compatible with the 4000 series receivers.

The motion detecting sensor can detect a person or vehicle up to 50 feet away. When movement is detected, the sensor sends a signal back to the receiver, which then alerts you with audio alerts. The Dakota Alert 4000 PIR Motion Transmitter is perfect for detecting movement anywhere on your property. This passive infrared wireless motion detector senses motion up to 50 feet away and sends alerts to a connected Dakota Alert receiver within a 1 mile radio range. The DCMT-4000 sensor is powered by one 9-volt battery (not included). The Receiver with Relays includes three outputs: two form "C" relay outputs and one 12VDC voltage output, that enable it to receive and pass along alert signals from multiple transmitters and sensors at the same time. Each of these outputs can be set to trigger after a specified delay of either 1 second, 5 seconds, 15 seconds, or 5 minutes after a sensor or transmitter is activated. This receiver plugs into a standard electrical outlet and can be wall-mounted or placed on a table. Up to 16 Dakota Alert transmitters can be connected to the receiver and you can choose from up to 12 different tones to sound when it receives a signal from the transmitter, which will help distinguish various zones. The receiver also provides volume control and LED flashes so you can customize how you are alerted for easy distinguishment between zones.
