The BrewBuilt Mash Tun
The BrewBuilt Mash Tun is built around the BrewBuilt T.C. Kettle, fitted out with all the necessary accessories. The heavy duty false bottom rests low in the kettle, utilizing a tri-clamp style maximizer that reduces dead space and pulls from the very bottom of your kettle, leaving no wort behind. A Silicone gasket rims the False Bottom, ensuring a tight seal to the wall with no chance of grain bypass. The large face dial thermometer comes with a 6" probe to provide temp readings from the middle of the grain bed. T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don't require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don't need to break down your entire system after every brew day.

The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. The bottom coupler is also cool with 1/2" male threads on the outside and 1/2'' female threads on the inside.
