- Replaceable casing, liners and end discs allow easy rebuilding of the pumping chamber to like condition
- Ductile-iron construction provides greater resistance to both thermal and mechanical shock
- Durable design provides fast and quiet operation with sustained performance and trouble free operation
- Latest 6-vane design contributes to reduced noise levels in the pumps
- All models have 1.25- or 1.5-in sized NPT tapped ports
- Accepts standard C-face mounted motors
- Internal relief valve protects pump against excessive pressures
- Blackmer mechanical seals are specifically developed for non-lubricating liquids
- Symmetrical bearing support assures even loading and wear for long life
- Internal relief valve protects pump against excessive pressure buildup
- External ball bearings are isolated from pumpage by mechanical seals to maximize bearing life and minimize contamination risk
- Advantages of sliding vane technology:
- Unique sliding-vane pump design self-adjusts for wear to maintain flow rates
- Excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities
- Sliding vane design provides sustained performance and trouble-free operation
- Easy maintenance: vanes can be easily replaced without removing the pump from the piping system

- Low maintenance and low life-cycle costs
As part of the Cavitation Line of sliding vane pumps, Blackmer® LGRL and LGL propane pumps are ideal for various liquid propane applications, including motor fueling, multiple-station cylinder filling and a variety of small transfer jobs. With 1.25- or 1.5-in NPT tapped ports, all of these lpg pump models feature an internal relief valve and a cavitation suppression liner that reduces noise, vibration and wear. These propane transfer pumps can be easily rebuilt to like conditions, with its replaceable end disc, vanes, and cavitation suppression liner. These rotary vane pumps are ideal for motor fueling, multiple-station cylinder filling and a variety of small transfer jobs for all propane, lpg, butane, and anhydrous ammonia applications and are UL-Listed. These sliding vane propane pumps are also with a flanged mounting. Standard LGRLF1.25, LGLF1.25, and LGLF1.5 propane pump models are supplied with an integral bracket and a flexible shaft coupling, ready to accept a NEMA C-face or IEC flanged-face motors. All LGLF sliding vane pumps are with or without electric motors. Blackmer fully Integrated Unit Assemblies are the pre-engineered and pre-designed drop-in pumping solution. These unit assemblies, include motor, gearbox, baseplate, coupling safety covers, and a LGL 1.5-inch Sliding Vane Pump. No alignment required with these pre-configured fully Integrated Unit Assemblies as they are ready for immediate drop-in installation.
