Series A500 2" backset Mortise Lock case has a unique design. It features a stainless steel latch bolt and a full 1" throw solid stainless steel deadbolt. The exposed metal buttons are well-finished to match the appearance of the stainless steel latch and deadbolt.
Function: Publick Entrance/Dormitory with Egress
Deadbolt and latch by key outside. Deadbolt by turn piece inside. Inside knob retracts latch and deadbolt simultaneously. The outside knob is always rigid. Latch deadlocked by auxiliary latch or deadbolt.
