Alderon, 7893, Aerobic Single Phase Duplex, 120/230VAC, 15 Amps, Type 4X, (6) Circuit Breakers Pump Test-Off-Auto (TOA) Switch, 24/7 Digital Timer, Repeat Cycle Timer/Dual Beacons and Buzzers: High Level Alarm (Red) and Compressor Fail Breaker Switch (Amber)
The Aerobic Environmental Single Phase Duplex control panel is used for the operation of two (2) pumps and air compressors for on-site septic systems. Comes in 120/230VAC, 15 Amps, and a Type 4X (outdoor) enclosure. Includes: control switches The incoming, pump, and compressor power must match system voltage with conduit connections (required) per local codes. Refer to included electrical schematic for complete wiring and voltage information.
The control panel is operated by three (3) control switches for low liquid level cutout, high liquid level alarm, and timer override. Terminal blocks are included to connect: incoming power, pump connection, compressor connection, and control switches. The included 24-hour timer is set to control time of day for pumping. If the liquid level activates the low level cutout switch and the 24-hour timer is activated, the pump will turn on and continue to run until the 24-hour timer is deactivated. If the 24-hour timer is activated and the water level activates the timer override switch, the repeat cycle timer is activated and the pumps will alternate when the 24-hour timer is activated.
If either the high level alarm switch and/or compressor alarm are activated, the beacon for the individual alarm (red and/or amber) will illuminate and buzzer will annunciate. If the high water and/or compressor alarm normal-silence-test (NST) switches are toggled to "silence" during an alarm condition, it will silence the buzzer while the alarm beacon remains illuminated for the alarm condition silenced. The alarm condition(s) will reset when the high level alarm switch and/or compressor alarm deactivates, and the high water and/or compressor alarm NST switch(es) must be toggled to "normal" to reset the system for the next alarm cycle. Test alarm once a month to ensure system integrity, toggle the high water and compressor alarm NST switches to "test", the beacon should illuminate and buzzer should annunciate for the alarm being tested.
