The Smart Panel™ Single Phase Triplex control panel is used to operate three (3) pumps for timed dose, water or wastewater applications. Comes in 120/230VAC, 0-15 FLA Ranges, and a Type 4X (outdoor) enclosure. The control panel includes two (2) 20' normally open control switches with stainless steel pipe clamps and a hand-off-auto (HOA) switch for each pump. The incoming and pump power must match system voltage with conduit connections (required) per local codes. Refer to included electrical schematic for complete wiring and voltage information.
The control panel is operated by the control switches, timer enable, and high liquid level alarm. Refer to the included instructions and set the timer cycles for "dose time" and "rest time" as required per application. As the liquid level rises activating the timer enable switch (start), the off cycle (rest time) will first time out, then pump 1 will start and continue to run for the on cycle (dose time). After the on cycle is completed, pump 1 will stop for the duration of the off cycle setting. On the sequential pump cycles, pump 2 or pump 3 is used so the pumps alternate each cycle. This pattern repeats as the timer enable switch activates and deactivates.
If the high level alarm switch is activated, the beacon will illuminate and buzzer will annunciate. If the alarm test/silence switch is toggled to "silence" during an alarm condition, it will silence the buzzer while the alarm beacon remains illuminated. The alarm condition will reset when the high level alarm switch deactivates and the system will auto reset for the next alarm cycle. Test alarm once a month to ensure system integrity, toggle the alarm test/silence switch to "test", the beacon should illuminate and buzzer should annunciate.
The Smart Relay includes: pump and float status indicators, elapsed time meters, and event counters.
