Advanced Systems & Designs, 600-22-MARK10-MTI, Digimatic FlashCable for Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand
Features:
- Digimatic output FlashCable interface for Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand
- Sends data to GageMux or devices that recognize the Digimatic Signal
- Several options to trigger data
Send data to GageMux gage interface or other Digimatic input devices. This FlashCable gage interface is engineered to convert the output on the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand to an output in a Mitutoyo Digimatic format. The 9-pin female connector on the Advanced Systems & Designs FlashCable gage interface cable connects directly to the male connector on the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand.
This gage interface cable is engineered and designed to work with GageMux multiple input gage interface or comparable devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal. The FlashCable interface does not obtain any power from the Mark 10 Test Stand. When connected to the GageMux, pin 9 of the 10-pin input port provides the power to the FlashCable gage interface. If using devices other than GageMux gage interface, ensure that pin 9 on the input connector provides 5v DC power to the FlashCable interface.
When the FlashCable is properly connected to the GageMux, the LED on the FlashCable will turn GREEN. The LED briefly flashes RED when a data request is triggered using the following methods.
The data transfer can be triggered using any of the following methods:
- Using the data key on the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand
- Using 300-1S in-line handswitch
- Using a Footswitch attached to the FlashCable (not included)
- Using Footswitch on the GageMux USB or equivalent triggering method
- Sending a gage read command from the computer to the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand
A detailed operation manual is included with this FlashCable gage interface. We typically set the FlashCable gage interface cable to the default settings on the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand. Both the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand and FlashCable gage interface must be set to the same values in order to properly send and receive data. Refer to the Mark 10 Programmable Test Stand user guide for more information on external communication. Six foot standard cable length.
