Advanced Systems & Designs, 600-22-KEYLKG5000-MTI, FlashCable Digimatic Cable for Keyence LK-G Series Series Laser Sensor
Features:
- Digimatic output FlashCable gage interface for Keyence LK-G Series Laser Sensor
- Sends data to GageMux gage interface or similar devices that recognize a Digimatic signal
- Several options to trigger data from the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Sensor
Sends Data to GageMux or Similar Digimatic Devices. This FlashCable gage interface is designed to convert the output on the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Displacement Sensor to a Mitutoyo Digimatic signal. Using the Keyence RJ Ethernet type male cable connector, the FlashCable gage interface is engineered to work with GageMux gage interface or similar SPC data acquisition systems that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal.
This FlashCable gage interface does not receive any power from the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Displacement Sensor. When connected to the GageMux gage interface, pin 9 of the 10-pin input port provides the power to the FlashCable gage interface. If using Digimatic data collection devices other than the GageMux gage interface, make sure pin 9 on the connection port provides 5v DC power to the FlashCable gage interface.
The data transfer can be triggered using any of the following methods:
- Using a data send button on the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Displacement Sensor
- Using a Footswitch on the FlashCable gage interface (not included)
- Using the Footswitch on the GageMux gage interface or equivalent triggering method
- Sending a read command from a host computer to the Keyence LK-G Laser
A detailed operation manual is included with this FlashCable gage interface. Advanced Systems & Designs configures the FlashCable gage interface to the default communication settings on the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Sensor. In order for the FlashCable gage interface to work properly, both the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Displacement Sensor and FlashCable gage interface must be set to the same communication values. Refer to the Keyence LK-G Series Laser Sensor user instruction manual for more information on communication with external devices.Six foot standard cable length.
