Features:
- Digimatic output FlashCable for Keyence IG Series LaserMike
- Sends data to GageMux or devices that recognize the Digimatic Signal

Sends data to GageMux or similar devices This FlashCable gage interface is engineered to change the output on the Keyence IG Series LaserMike with DL-RS1A Communication Unit to an output in a Digimatic format. The 9-pin male connector on the Advanced Systems & Designs FlashCable connects to Keyence 9-pin OP-81283 optional cable for the Keyence DL-RS1A Communication Unit. Can also be design with a pigtail lead to connect directly to the RS232C Communication Unit.
This FlashCable gage interface is designed to work with GageMux or other similar devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal.
The FlashCable gage interface does not obtain any power from the gage. When connected to the GageMux, pin 9 of the 10-pin input port provides the power to the FlashCable. If using devices, other than the GageMux, make sure pin 9 of the 10-pin connector provides a 5VDC supply to the FlashCable gage interface.
When the FlashCable gage interface is connected to the GageMux, the LED on the FlashCable turns GREEN. This indicates that the FlashCable gage interface is connected properly. The LED turns RED when the data is being sent or a data request is triggered.
The data transfer can be triggered using any of the following methods:
- Using the data send button on the Keyence IG Series LaserMike
- Sending a gage read command from the computer to the Keyence IG Series LaserMike
- Contact us if you want to send data using one of the following methods:
- Using 300-1S in-line handswitch
- Using a Footswitch on the FlashCable (not included)
- Using the Footswitch on the GageMux USB (or equivalent triggering method on similar devices
A detailed operation manual is included with this FlashCable gage interface.
