To change your account password, please take the following steps:
- Log In in My Account;
- go to Settings page;
- go to Password page;
- fill out the section "Change Password";
- click on the "Save Changes" button.
Passwords must be eight (8) to twelve (12) characters long and we suggest that you use at least two of the following requirements:
- Use uppercase letters;
- use lowercase letters;
- use at least one number;
- use special characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, ?...).
If you forgot your password simply click the Can't access your account link and follow the on-screen instructions.
