Although Prime Buy collects sales tax on orders shipped to the states mentioned above only in some cases when we drop-ship the order directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, and if the manufacturer is obligated to collect sales tax in your state, then we may ask for a resale certificate/tax exemption form if available.
In case Prime Buy collects no tax on your order you are responsible to contact your local tax administration regarding taxes you may owe directly to your state or jurisdiction.
