If you place an international order on Prime Buy, it must be paid based on our Proforma Invoice. To issue Proforma Invoice we may require:
- Your or your company address;
- shipping address and preferred shipping method;
- brand names, part numbers and quantities of the items that you are looking for;
- information on whether you require any additional documents or certificates and their hard copies.
Proforma Invoice can not be issued based on product's specifications only. We require the exact brand name and part number to make sure that the product supplied is exactly what is needed. If no preferred shipping method indicated we will choose the least expensive one.
Please note that hard copies of the documents or certificates are not provided unless otherwise requested by the customer. Please Contact Us to request hard copies of the documents at time of request and we will include the postage cost in our Proforma Invoice.
