Features:
- Hock Bolt by Thumb Turn inside and key from outside.
- Door Pull pops up by depressing the lower release button.
- The door Pull Trigger keeps the Door Pull flush with the locked front once the door is closed or by pushing the Door Pull.
Model A578 Mortise Pocket Lock Case is made of zinc-plated heavy wrought steel; and constructed with a 1" throw hock type Deadbolt. The 1" wide armor front and finished Faceplate accommodates both thin or thick sliding doors.
Both the pop-up Door Pull and the Hock Deadbolt are made of investment-casting stainless steel. Depress the release button that is located at the lower part of the lock front; the Door Pull pops out immediately for door closing. The door Pull is held inside the lock case by pushing in position. The Hock bolt can be operated by key from outside or by Thumb Turn inside. Cylinder is excluded.
The specially designed adjustable Strike Assemblage is furnished with a metal dust box, a Strike block, and one pair of the 3" long bolting screws. The adjustable screws x 2 on the Strike block allows for your fine-tuning adjustment for the proper hold of the lock and door before the fastening of the finished Strike.
