Series A500 2" backset Mortise Lock case has a unique design. It features a stainless steel latch bolt and a full 1" throw solid stainless steel deadbolt. The exposed metal buttons are well-finished to match the appearance of the stainless steel latch and deadbolt.
Function: Entrance without Egress
Latch by lever inside and by thumb piece outside except when outside is locked by stop button or projected deadbolt. Latch deadlocked by auxiliary latch or deadbolt. Deadbolt and latch by key outside. Deadbolt by turn piece inside.
